The first big news of the day came with the announcement that the 2015 Motocross of Nations will return to the USA, at Glen Helen Raceway. (Read about it here.) More info will be coming from the Motocross of Nations 2012 here in Lommel, Belgium ... but photos help tell the story of today. A casual day as everything and everyone gets in place for tomorrow's action. There were press conferences with all the major teams in the media center, and tomorow the racing starts with qualifying for all.
The big names in World Motocross are of course gathering much of the attention here in Belgium. Team USA's Blake Baggett, Justin Barcia, and Ryan Dungey. Ken Roczen, Marvin Musquin, Jeffrey Herlings, and Tony Cairoli.
Enjoy the photos below. You can watch the Motocross of Nations live on your computer too. Should be interesting, as many teams feel they have a chance to win, and, this is the one race a year where team strategy really comes into play.
